The Process

  • 01. The Application

    It all starts with a size and a story.

    To begin the process, submit your application through the link below.

    Submit any reference images via email to lauchlan.studio@outlook.com,

    Responses to inquiries will be sent as soon as possible, usually within a few business days. Please allow up to two weeks for your formal proposal.

  • 02. The Proposal

    After submitting your application, you will receive a formal proposal detailing the following:

    • Artwork Size & Materials

    • Reference Image or Initial Composition Sketch

    • Framing Preferences

    • Estimated Lead Time

    • Price Estimate & Deposit Request

    • Client Agreement

    This proposal can be revised at your request. You also have the option to schedule a phone consultation to review any details of the proposal together. Once the final version of the proposal is approved, you’ll submit the signed client agreement and requested deposit payment.

  • 03. The Process

    Once the deposit is received, I’ll begin work on your painting. This is the best part.

  • 04. The "First Draft"

    As we approach your estimated delivery date, I’ll send over the “first draft” image of the painting. During this time, you will have the opportunity to suggest specific revisions.

  • 05. The Final Approval

    After any revisions have been applied, you’ll approve the final image of your painting.

    The deposit will be applied to the final invoice, resulting in a balance due.

    The wet paint can take up to two weeks to completely dry.

  • 06. The Delivery

    Once the paint is dry and the final invoice is paid, your painting will be packed and shipped.

    A tracking number will be provided once the item ships.
